Gold Report

The objective of a Gold Report is to focus on the key risks that are real to you as a property owner or property manager.  We assess the potential tenant's identity, credit history, criminal history, employment status and ability to pay the rent and their prior tenancy history, so you can have the confidence that you are making the right decision before you hand over the keys to your investment asset.  We complete Gold Reports in 48 to 72 hours.

• NZ Driving License Check
• NZ Independent Identity Check
• 2 x Landlord Reference Checks (current and prior landlord)
• 1 x Current Employment Check
• NZ Tenancy Tribunal Order Check
• NZ Criminal History Check (15 to 18 working days)
